Video Automation is a software tool that helps content creators generate, manage, and publish short-form videos to third-party platforms including TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and VK, through each platform's official API.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction) and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. By connecting a third-party account, you represent that you are authorized to do so.

3. Third-party platforms

The Service connects to third-party platforms such as TikTok via their official APIs. Your use of those platforms remains subject to their own terms of service and community guidelines, including but not limited to:

You are solely responsible for ensuring that the content you publish through the Service complies with the rules of each destination platform.

4. User content and responsibility

• You retain all rights to the videos and content you create or upload through the Service.
• You are solely responsible for the content you publish and for obtaining all necessary rights, licenses, and permissions for any third-party material (music, footage, images, trademarks).
• You must not use the Service to publish content that is unlawful, infringing, harmful, deceptive, or violates the policies of any destination platform.
• You must not use the Service to engage in spam, artificial engagement, impersonation, or any other prohibited automated behavior on TikTok or other platforms.

5. Account access and authorization

By connecting a TikTok or other third-party account, you authorize Video Automation to perform actions on your behalf strictly within the scopes you grant. You may revoke this authorization at any time by disconnecting your account in the Service or in your TikTok account settings.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Service except as permitted by law.
• Use the Service to violate any applicable law or regulation.
• Use the Service in a manner that overloads, disrupts, or interferes with TikTok's or any third-party platform's infrastructure.
• Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the Service without prior written consent.

7. Disclaimer

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, compatibility with future versions of third-party APIs, or specific results from using the Service.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Video Automation and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, accounts, or revenue, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time if you violate these Terms or applicable third-party platform policies. You may stop using the Service and disconnect your accounts at any time.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
